Purpose of processing the data

VendorLink processes personal data in order to fulfil the agreement between VendorLink and the customer for the provision of a service or product. In addition, VendorLink will process the data in order to maintain the relationship that has been created between the customer and VendorLink.
If the contact form is used, or if we are approached with a request by email, we will save the data that is sent to us. The data is kept only until the request has been dealt with.

We collect and process the following data:

– Company name;
– Position;
– Telephone number.

This data is not passed on to third parties.

The click behaviour and visiting behaviour of visitors to our websites is recorded for the purpose of communication and in order to offer our (web) services via the website. Visitors’ data is also used in order to analyse and optimise the use of our website.
